Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. The beneficiary number is the number that receives the data or airtime — it can be any valid number.
How do I pay?
By Mobile Money or by card. For Mobile Money you send the exact amount to the number shown and use the reference provided — your order confirms automatically once received.
Is my payment safe?
Payments are processed by the payment provider and confirmed on our server; we never see your PIN.
The reference has a dash — do I type it?
Type only the letters and numbers shown; a dash is not needed on USSD.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders are delivered within a few minutes of payment. Busy periods can take a little longer.
My data hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Give it a few minutes, then use Track Order with your Order ID and phone number. If it still shows unfinished, contact support.
Where is my Order ID?
It's shown on screen right after payment and sent by SMS/email. Keep it to track your order.
How do I get help?
